Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TWO striking vehicles are exhibited by Park Royal—a Leyland Panther Cub for Manchester Corporation which is notable for its entrance and interior layout, and a Routcmaster for the Northern General Transport Co. Ltd. which employs an unusual interior colour scheme. Manchester's approach to a body for the Panther chassis is to employ a wide, low platform at the front, with a step leading into the saloon, and a gently ramping floor to the rear of the bus. Two shallow steps are provided at the central-exit position. Facing seats over the front wheel arch, together with the absence of footstools due to the higher floor line, provide excellent circulating space at the entrance to the saloon. The wide entrance is divided by a stanchion, a Tim ticket cancelling machine being provided on the right-hand side of the entrance,

Black plastics laminate is used for the window frame surrounds inside the Northern Routemaster. This contrasts with white ceiling cove panels, casing panels in a light brown Perstorp plastics overlaid with a dark brown fleck and ceiling centre panels in Perstorp with a white background overlaid with a buff fleck. No straps are employed on the ceiling centre panels. Seats are upholstered in a red moquette, and fluorescent lighting is employed.
