OF special interest, this company exhibits an hydraulic jacking system applied to a demountable Luton-type body on a Guy Otter chassis. Tipping-gear displays comprise an EP.43 single-ram, front-end unit with a wood-and-steel body on an Austin 3-ton chassis, a UPT.1400 twin-ram, under-body gear on a Dodge 8-ton chassis combined with a body of the same type and an EP.1400 single-ram, front-end unit with an all-steel body mounted on a Thames 7-ton chassis.

The jacking system is powered by a trolleymounted, mains-operated, electrically-driven pump which is used at depots for mounting and demounting the interchangeable bodies.
