TWO lift-off containers are exhibited, one of which can be fitted with adjustableheight legs and is demounted with the aid of handor power-operated screw-jacks, whilst the other is designed for lifting by overhead gantry crane and is stackable three-high laden in the warehouse. In both cases the container is of frameless light-alloy construction, the corrugated sides acting as stress members. All corners are capped with steel and the interior is lined with waterproofed plywood. It is noteworthy that the jacks can be operated by an adapted hand-drill motor of the standard type.
