Cheshire A LIGHT-ALLOY tipping body on a Fodert TX6/24 chassis and a composite Luton van body on a Guy Otter chassis are displayed in addition to a general-merchandise 15-ton container of steel and aluminium construction. The tipping body has a length of 20 ft. and hinged, two-part drop sides have a depth of 3 ft. 3 in. The Luton body is approximately 30 ft. long and has a glassfibre roof. Features of the container include a light-alloy underframe reinforced with steel channel at the sling anchor points, aluminium pillars and flooring, and an aluminium roof with steel cruciform stress-carrying framework.
