Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

the news at the moment and several 'inquiries concern the source of information on preventive maintenance and suitable forms for its recording.

As distinct from manufacturers' handbooks, which have become increasingly comprehensive and useful in recent years, there is unfortunately a relative dirth of textbooks on preventive maintenance apart from textbooks dealing with engineering generally. An exception is the "A to Z System of Maintenance and Records. for Commercial Road Transport ", published by E. J. of increasing comprehensiveness according to the I

interval of service, one such report being made out

I for each vehicle. Further forms allow for recording I the cost of the various jobs performed, together with a tyre and fuel consumption record.
