● A PI on 7 November will discuss the workings of a series of related businesses. Disciplinary action against MJD Logistics (UK), which is based in Swanscombe, and the repute of the transport manager will be on the agenda. ● On the same day the TC will also look at disciplinary action against MJD Services (UK), as well as the transport manager’s repute. Disciplinary action against MJD Containers and the repute of the transport manager will also be considered. In addition, the TC will examine disciplinary action against MJD Distribution based in Dartford. The transport manager’s repute will also be up for discussion.
● London-based Quattro Plant will make a variation application at a hearing on 6 November. Disciplinary action and the repute of the transport manager will also be up for discussion.
Cambridge
● On 29 October a PI will look at disciplinary action against John Leonard Whitehall, who is based in Hatfield.
● Corby-based Aluminium Shapes will submit a variation application at a hearing on 5 November. Disciplinary action will also be on the table.
Rutland
● Oakham-based Angus Smales Eventing will lodge a new licence application at a PI on 14 November. The TC will also consider an objection against the application.
