• A French truck driver was on the wrong side of the road when his artic collided head-an with a coach, an inquest was told this week.

The crash happened on 7 March on the A638 near Doncaster.

Wakefield Coroners' Court heard how driver Jean-Claude Boulanger of Cappelle-laGrande near Dunkirk had been in the UK delivering furniture.

Coach driver Allan Harriso who lived near Pontefrac Yorkshire, was killed in the col sion. The inquest heard that f was pronounced dead at tf scene. Up to 15 passengers c the coach needed medic treatment.

Coroner David Hinchll recorded a verdict of accident death.
