Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The Automotive Trades Group of 3M has extended its range of sealers for the body repairer to include new solutions to the problems of sealing narrow seams, painted seams and door skin hemming flanges.

Fast-Pak Drip-Chek Sealer, designed for use on car body seams, is a rubber-based, nonstringing product supplied in a new, advanced package. Aerosol-powered, the pack has a trigger for precise metering of the sealant, which is contained in a special bag to prevent contamination by the propellant gas.

Drip-Chek, which is grey in colour, cures to form a permanently flexible seal which is easily painted.

To provide a shock-resistant seal on door skin hemming flanges, 3M has developed Flexseal Sealer, a flexible polyurethane which has unusually good adhesion and will not shrink. Flexseal Sealer can be applied accurately using 3M's special new air-powered caulking gun.

Drip-Chek Sealer Clear is a transparent, polymer-based, non-stringing with a wide variety of uses on surfaces which have already been painted or which require just slight tidying-up. The sealant can also, uniquely, be mixed with paint to produce a bodycoloured finish without re-coating. Drip-Chek Clear is supplied in a tube with nozzle for application.
