Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

(Shrewsbury), which has been making lubricants and associated products for over a century, more latterly from its Castle Gate, Shrewsbury depot, has upgraded its Golden Film Monograde diesel oil for heavy vehicles. Its extended oil drain period should mean more miles at no extra cost.

Said oil division chairman Ronald Jones: "It is our policy to upgrade existing lubricants rather than re-name or introduce a succession of new products.

"The uprating of our Golden Film Monograde is part of our continued plan of improving all oils in line with and even in advance of future developments within the industry." He added that over a period of 12 months operation the uprated oil should improve operating conditions within the engine.
