Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FODEN lorries will only change where they must, and Sandbach Engineering will indulge in evolution rather than revolution. These pledges were made this week by Sandbach sales and marketing manager Bill Johnson.

In an open letter to the company's distributors he said: "We are justifiably proud of the vehicles displayed at the Motor Show, ane see no need to make radical changes to the existing model range.

"And changes made in the near future will be evolutionary, not revolutionary, and with an overriding concern for the customer's satisfaction."

He said that no policy has yet been decided on the future of the distributor network, which remains intact meantime.
