IRELAND's 700 striking oil tanker drivers returned to work last week, after Rights Commissioner Con Murphy came up with an IrE350 (E315) formula.
The drivers will receive this amount "on account" for productivity concessions to be measured by a joint team from the Irish Congress of Trades Unions and the Federated Union of Employers.
In addition, each man will receive a 1r£150 (£135) special payment for co-operating in a return to normal working after the six-week dispute.
