THE LATEST recruit to the offbus ticket purchase scheme is Kingston-upon-Hull City Transport.
Known as Crown Card, the new ticket consists of a photo identity card which costs 50p and allows the holder to buy seven days' unlimited travel on any bus service within the city boundary and operated by City Transport or NBC subsidiary East Yorkshire Motor Services.
