Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The NEC gave DAF the chance to display for the first time its MB200 DKTL mid-engine coach chassis fitted with a Jonckheere high floor coach body. The chassis is to be delivered to Sabre Coaches of London.

Announced earlier in the year to replace the naturally aspirated MB200 DKL, the chassis is powered by the DAF DKTL 11,6litre horizontal six-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine producing 251 bhp at 2,200rpm. The engine is coupled to the ZF S6-80 all-synchromesh gearbox with an electro-pneumatic controlled spitter fitted as standard equipment.

Available with air suspension as optional equipment, DAF favours parabolic spring suspension which gives a firmer ride and is vibration-free.

A demonstration ride in the vehicle showed it to be comfortable and powerful. Noise levels weren't unduly obtrusive and the parabolic spring suspension was firm, comfortable and rollfree. The Jonckheere high floor body allows extra luggage capacity between the front and rear axles above the engine. The standard specification body fitted to the demonstration coach included reclining seats, tinted side glass, poweroperated entrance door, and a two-piece laminated windscreen tinted at the top.
