INTER COUNTY Express has opened a Elm parcels delivery depot at Cannock, Staffordshire.
The depot, which serves the West Midlands, Staffordshire and Shropshire, replaces smaller premises at Penkridge and the 2.3-acre site incorporates 40 bays and a workshop.
Inter County operates its 24/48-hour door-to-door collection and delivery service from the branch, which will be the base for a fleet of 40 vans, trailers, and tractive units. All but the most major repairs will be handled at the three-bay workshop.
