Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

rtA LAST-MINUTE inclusion in the exhibits of Tecalemit ,(Engineering) Ltd. at the Motor Show was a vehicle lift with many improved features. Called the Tecstar, it is a four-post lift with a capacity of 3-tons and overall dimensions of 20 ft. long by 10 ft. 3 in_ wide.

The Tecstar is designed for two-level servicing and has fixed guard rails at the outsid: edges of the runways. These incorporate an airline with take-off points for tyre inflators, portable pneumatic tools, and so on. Important safety features are built into the design, including a re-designed mechanical safety lock and improved cable runs. The controls

are arranged so that the push button for raising and lowering the platform must be pressed throughout the operation.

Optional fittings include fluorescent lighting in the runways, wheel-free jacking beam and built-in wheel-alignment equipment. Another option is the Tecomat, which although designed for and shown with the Tecstar, can be used with any lift. This comprises a non-skid steel mat having underneath it flexible tubing filled with hydraulic fluid. Pressure set up in the tubing either by a man standing . on it or. by a tool box lying on it, cuts out the motor and makes the lift inoperable.
