The Sultan of Johore, who has a remarkable collection of sporting trophies and whose prowess as a hunter can be measured by the fact that, at the time of Sir Raymond's visit, his bag included 23 tigers which he had shot, not from howdahs on elephants' backs or, from nests in trees, but standing with his feet planted on terra firma. Sir Raymond has just received the original of the above picture in which His Highness is seen at the wheel of his shooting brake, mounted on a 21-ton Dennis chassis, in which he transports his men and dogs on his expeditions.
