November, a PI will consider disciplinary action against IS Matthews and Son, based in Hereford.
Bristol
• A PI on 29 November will look at disciplinary action against BDR Logistics based in Frome, Somerset. BDR was placed into administration in April. Director Amanda Selby resigned in December 2009, leaving Paul Ingram and Ivor Chalker as the listed directors.
• Trowbridge, Witts-based HG Tucker Transport will appear at a PI on 1 December that will consider a new application and variation application as well as the repute of the transport manager.
• On 2 December, a PI will look at disciplinary action, as well as the repute of the transport manager at AJ Black Haulage Contractor, based in Newbury, Berkshire.
• US Transport, based in Gosport, Hants, will appear at a PI on December 3 that will look at disciplinary action, as well as the repute of the transport manager.
