Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A security system that automatically shuts and locks the cab door behind the driver has been devised by Cartwright of Altrincham. The trailer and bodybuilder is fitting it to a batch of 70 Iveco Ford TurboDaily 59.12 six-tonners bound for TNT.

The 59.12s will be fitted with purpose-built, single-seat integral bodies, To open the electrically operated folding cab door the driver presses a button in the roof. As he treads on the steps on the way out the door automatically locks behind him and must be unlocked to regain entry.

On switching on the ignition the door shuts before moving away to prevent drivers operating with the doors open—a potential safety hazard, says Cartwright sales and marketing director Sam Newton.
