Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Having read your article Don't Overload the Company (CM, October 21), I would like to think it could be done about a large coach operator in Plymouth. They take all the work they can get and then sub contract it out to small firms like the one I work for, at a price which just covers the job getting a nice bit just for taking the job on.

It would be fairer if they said no when their books were full and give the small operator a chance to make a decent living. When you do jobs for them, you normally get all the rubbish their drivers don't want.

A HIGGINS, Plymouth.
