A There are three companies in this country

from which smoke meters can be obtained. They are: Dunedin Engineering Co. Ltd., 73/75 Mortimer Street, London W1.; Leslie Hartridge Ltd., Buckingham, Bucks.; and Bosch Ltd., 30 Carlisle Road, London NW9. But we do not know of an instrument which would indicate quickly the carbon monoxide content in exhaust gas and it seems unlikely that this would be feasible.
