REPEAT orders worth £600,000 have been placed with Leyland Motors Ltd. by five South African bus operators. All the contracts specify the Worldmaster export chassis, which is an underfloor-engined heavy-duty model fitted with a semi-automatic Pneumocyclic gearbox. Largest order is from Durbin Transport Management Board—for 71 Worldmasters. East London's East Bank Location Bus Service has ordered 24. Another repeat order is from the Road Motor Services section of South African Railways, which is taking 20, while Germiston municipality has ordered 12 and Cape Electric Tramways 10.
