ROSTERS and leaflets calling attention to rewards for the recovery of stolen vehicles are now being distributed to members of vehicle observer corps. In some cases rewards have already been paid of £10 for the recovery of a loaded vehicle and £2 for the recovery ol an empty vehicle.
