Licensing Conditions to be Waived?

Certain of the conditions attaching to the licences granted to the Yorkshire Traction Co., Ltd., West Yorkshire Road Car Co., Ltd., and Yorkshire (Woollen District) Electric Tramways Co., Ltd., to operate between Harrogate and London and Bradford and Birmingham, via Wakefield, are recommended by the watch committee of Wakefield Corporation to be waived, with the exception that passengers should not be picked up in the city for any stage within a radius of 20 miles.
