Doubling up
• P&O European Ferries has doubled the sailing on its Felixstowe-Rotterdam route by dedicating two more ferries to this service: the Arcade Falcon and Arcade Eagle are joining the European Tideway and European Freeway; they each have room for 75 freight units. The company now claims to offer the most uent freight link between the UK and the Netherlands. Traffic on this route grew by 9% last year to a record 150,000 units including 30% accompanied traffic.
