Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

/ Parcels firm Panic Link is moving into Ireland next month with the opening of 35 depots. More than 50 vehicles will be employed in the new operation.

Managing director Eric Norman says: "Next month sees our big push into Ireland and we are already talking to companies in France, Germany and the Benelux Countries. Expansion will be through a blend of acquisitions as well as new operations."

The company, which has its headquarters at East Midlands Airport, has only been in business for 15 months, but in the past six months it has expanded its depot network from 58 sites to 107.

There are also plans to move into the heavier load market with the recent delivery of four Renault tractive units on a three-month trial.

Norman says: "Load volume has increased dramatically during the past 14 months and we have been using drawbars during the past six months with great success. This is the first time we are using articulated trunking routes."

Panic Link has ordered four more prime-movers from Renault and eight trailers, and has just taken delivery of eight Renaults to add to its fleet of more than 560. The company predicts a turnover of more than 220 million this year — a jump of almost 400% from last year's £4.5 million.
