Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Sea freight specialist Associated Container Transportation Services (ACT Services) has taken delivery of 10 Craven Tasker lightweight skeletal trailers.

The trailers carry 6m ISO containers at a GCW of 38 tonnes and can be loaded straight from the bank.

Instead of sliding bogies, the trailer is placed centrally to give correct weight distribution for 38 tonnes, and a raising rear platform gives full access.

When the platform is lowered it allows for normal container loading. For forklift loading the trailer can be raised by a hydraulic ram using the trailer's own air supply.

Lightweight aluminium side guards and air tanks and single tyres are fitted to achieve the lowest practical unladen semitrailer weight.
