THE SHEFFIELD district auditor has declared payments of a man to South Yorks PTE staff to move offices as little as 100 y Illegal — and now the staff who authorised the payments may to repay the money themselves. So far the authority has paid out E8,556 in moving allowa, to staff who have, in some cases, had their journeys to v reduced by up to two miles.
