• An order worth nearly £8000 has been placed by Smiths Tours (Wigan) Ltd for the supply and fitment of Telma retarders. Eighty of Smiths 142 vehicles are already fitted with Telma retarders and this latest order brings Smiths' investment in retardation equipment to £32,000.
