excursion and tour licence, has been granted to Holland's Tours, Ltd., Oldbury, by the West Midland Licensing Authority.

In October last year, Holland's Tours successfully made representations against the proposed suspension' or revocation of certain licences for exceeding their vehicle allowance. The Authority said then that the "gross negligence" of the operators would be taken into consideration when applications for renewals or extensions were made later.

When he announced his deferred decision, last week, the Authority, Mr. W. P. James, said: "We think the management of this company has, at long last, decided to pay the necessary attention to the conditions of the licence."
