111 Zerohal, a Raychem polymer with outstanding fire safety characteristics, is now being extruded in five sizes for use under metal cable ties which hold together bundles of cables. The tie sits under the U-shaped extrusion (known as Thermofit ZHCP), which has a low toxicity index, low acid gas generation and good resistance to fuels and mechanical abuse. Raychem
