Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Turbo, the new two-pack paint system from ICI Autocolor, is aimed at operators who want better looking and more durable liveries.

To aid the commercial vehicle painter, Turbo is said to be easier to apply and to resist sagging, even on rivets and sharp edges. Its higher gloss helps present the best corporate image.

Unlike polyurethane or synthetic paints which dry by the evaporation of solvents, Turbo is chemically hardened or "bonded" to resist traffic film and corrosive chemicals. Similarly, it should last even on vehicles frequently washed with chemicals or which carry corrosive chemicals.

Ancillary products help minimise downtime. One is Turbo Intercoat, a primer enabling Turbo to be applied on vehicles previously painted in polyurethane or synthetic products with no need to strip back to bare metal.

Fast, medium and slow thinners are available. An accelerator will speed drying times in low temperatures and an additive allows the paint to be applied on flexible plastic surfaces including curtainsided vehicles. Auto Color
