Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AN APPLICATION for a renewal of an '0' licence led to the revoking of the licence and appearance before the Transport Tribunal last week for Atha's Transport.

The licence was revoked by the deputy Northern LA. An inspection of the one vehicle owned by the company had revealed defects which resulted in the GV9 prohibition certificate.

Arrangements

When Mr William Atha appeared before the tribunal last week he told the president, Mr C. G. Squibb, that he had since made arrangements for regular maintenance of his vehicle and was arranging for garaging it.

Mr Squibb sent the case back to the deputy Northern LA for the new evidence to be considered.
