Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Non-woven fabric protection covers, which are said to overcome the high initial and laundering costs associated with the traditional cotton or similar woven fabric covers, are now available from Hygiene Tissues, Ltd. Known as Protex protection covers, they are sufficiently absorbent to soak up grease and similar substances without it penetrating through to the reverse side and thus spoiling the protected surface.

Protex covers are said to be particularly useful in the garage trade and in the maintenance departments of vehicle fleet owners. Uses include the protection of vehicle bodywork against grease marking or scratching from tools during servicing and repair work, and the protection of upholstery during similar work carried out inside the cab/van or when it is being driven by maintenance staff.

Protex covers can be used for protecting machinery while maintehance work is in progress; for the protection of delicate or costly goods during transit; and for many other uses. After

serving their purpose for protection, the covers may be cut up. for use as disposable industrial wipers.

The covers have an area of approximately 18 sq. ft, and are available in black, charcoal or white.

Hygiene Tissues Ltd, Cordwallis Estate, Maidenhead, Berkshire. Price: about 10p per sheet depending on quantity.
