AStatutory drivers' record books can be
obtained from the Road Haulage Association or the Freight Transport Association if you are a member of either of these bodies or from Her Majesty's Stationery Office or from booksellers who stock HMSO publications. A number of private publishers also produce the record sheets.
Maintenance records may also be obtained from the RHA or the FTA; from most of the major oil companies, Shell, Esso, Gulf, etc: or from a vehicle manufacturer such as Vauxhall Motors Ltd which has its Bedford Guardian Maintenance system. A private publisher of such clocuments is the Charnwood Publishing Co of Charnwood, Leicester.
We regret we cannot give much help on the question of company registration; this is a matter for an accountant or a solicitor.
