inquiry (PI) on 31 July will discuss disciplinary action against Southampton-based Go Couriers. The repute of the transport manager will also be under consideration.
• At a PI on 1 August, the TC will consider disciplinary action against Exmoor Hay and Straw, based in South Molton. The transport manager's repute will also be on the agenda.
• John Coles Contractors, based in Langtree, will appear before the TC at a PI on 2 August, when disciplinary action and the transport manager's repute will be discussed.
• Disciplinary action against Lyndhurst-based F Winter and Son will be looked at on 6 August at a PI.
• On 8 August, a PI will look at disciplinary action against Radstock-based Susan Wilbraham. The repute of the transport manager will also be on the agenda.
