Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A new forklift transporter trailer built for Meakins Transport for contract work with BT Rolatruc has the first 9.0-tonne Dhollandia tail-lift in the UK.

The lift was fitted by the manufacturer in Belgium. It has a sturdy 3m steel platform and hydraulic landing legs.

The 12.95m stepped semi trailer, built by Andover Trailers, has a specially designed rear end to cope with loading heavy machinery. Its flooring comprises a 4.5mm steel underlay with soft wood covering.

Lawrence David added the curtainsider bodywork, mounting its own cable-driven opening roof on to top-rail extrusions.

At the rear a swing-out header rail allows through deck loading.

Tandem York TEC axles have Granning's SM full air suspension; AT's automatic ride height return device (activated by foot brake application) is also fitted.

With its 10.5-tonne kingpin and 18.8-tonne bogie ratings, the semi runs on 265/70R 19.5in low-profile tyres to achieve a 910mm high load bed.

Use of the air dump system provides a 60mm-lift/100mmlower facility.
