A radial tyre for heavy goods vehicles, the KR-300 from Kelly-Springfield, is designed for on/off road conditions; it is claimed that it incorporates all the advantages of radial tyre construction—greater traction, longer life and resistance to illtreatment.
The steel-braced multi-ply carcass has been designed by Kelly-Springfield technicians to accept a retreading life span of up to 60 per cent longer than the more conventional type of heavyduty tyre.
The KR-300 is available in 9.00-20 and 10.00-20 sizes.
