Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A product for removing "orange peel" effect on new paintwork and restoring colour to faded paintwork has been announced by the makers of David's Isopon.

Easy Cut, as it is known, is a carefully balanced grade of abrasive, and this together with a chemical action on grimy and hazed surfaces, it is claimed, produces a finer result than other products—and with less work.

The restorer can be safely applied to complete panels in one operation, thus eliminating the chore of working small sections at a time. Because it contains no silicones treated areas can be touched-up or resprayed without cleaning.

Made by: lsopon Interchemicals, Derbyshire House, St. Chad's Street, London, WC1.

Price: 18s 8d per gallon.
