Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• An application by Charles W. Banfield Ltd., of Walworth, for an amendment of its London to Yarmouth express service licence was granted by the Traffic Commissioners at Acton on Tuesday. The firm will now be able to pick up passengers at Walworth instead of at Blackfriars. Banfield claimed that bookings from Blackfriars had dropped considerably because of the extensive demolition of residential property in the area.

The application was opposed by Orange Luxury Coaches Ltd., of Brixton, whose traffic manager, Mr. Thomas McCloughlan, said that the proposed pick-up point in Walworth was only one mile away from their own stops in Camberwell and they were bound to lose customers.
