Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Most motorists want bull bars banned, according to an insurance company survey. A complete ban was favoured by 96°A. of 1,000 motorists questioned in the survey conducted by insurers CGA Direct.

Until any law takes effect, 93% say they would support a decision by insurers to boycott vehicles fitted with the bars.

Moves to ban bull-bars are under consideration by the European Union and a British bill on a ban was introduced into the House of Lords last week (CM1824 Jan).
