nd now a belated story of Christmas cheer.

Drivers visiting Junction 38 Truckstop last month on the M6 at Tebay received a seasonal welcome which included free food, free drinks, live entertainment and a raffle with £100 of prizes. According to Westmorland Motorway Services, which runs the truckstop, many drivers struggled through bad weather to reach the festivities at the site on Shap Fell above Lune Gorge in Cumbria. A surprise birthday party for parking manager Jack Thornton rounded off a fine night in which a splendid time was had by all.
