Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Welsh bus operator Claytoi Jones has asked Pontypridd MP Dr Kim Howells to intervene following the Transport Tribunal dismissal of his appea: against licence revocations (CM 18-24 January).

The Labour MP has promised he will raise the matter in Parliament.

Jones says: "We believe our vehicles have been examined more thoroughly, and with a greater frequency, than any other operator in South Wales."
