Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Speeding by commercial vehicles on Britain's roads has fallen dramatically, according to the latest survey by the Department of Transport. Since 1983, the proportion of trucks driving above the speed limit on A-roads, dual carriageways and motorways has fallen from 62.3% to 45%.

PSVs have also slowed down since 1983 the proportion of speeding PSVs has fallen from 37.6% to 18.6%.

The figures show that, unlike CVs, more cars and motorcycles are breaking Aroad and dual-carriageway speed limits.
