Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WEALDEN COACHES of London — a partner in the Culture Bus launched last year — is introducing a circular bus service linking Kew Gardens, Richmond, Marble Hill Home and Park, Orleans House Gallery, Twickenham, Hampton Court Palace and Richmond Park in West London.

An open-top bus will be used on the service, which is to operate every day from Easter to the end of September.

The fare of £1.50, or £1 for students, children and old age pensioners, will allow passengers to travel as often as they wish one day and to board or alight as often as they like at any authorised stop.

The operator is also seeking authority to operate a through limited-stop bus service between Central London, Richmond, Twickenham, Hampton Court, Sunbury, Shepperton, Chertsey, Thorpe Park, Staines, Runnymede and Windsor and its Safari Park.

This service would also feature the one-day any-ride system developed by the Wealden associated company Culture Bus in Central London. Wealden plans on using ex-London Transport Fleetlines on this service which is to be marketed as the Wealden Westway Leisure Link.
