Nationwide programme has now taken it up, using very shapely young ladies, who don't appear to need to lose an inch. Now comes news of another type of exercise. This time it's yoga, and you'll not be surprised to learn that there are females involved again.

Five women drivers who work for Tytrak, a spares parts delivery company in Glasgow, aggregate 25 years driving without a single accident. The ladies say yoga gives them peace of mind and leads to relaxed driving. I wonder why they haven't entered the LDoY competition in Glasgow?
