Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A FURTHER addition to the antidiesel waxing basket has been introduced by Amos Chemical Company, of Hawley Road, Hinckley, Leicestershire.

Known as Diesel Flow, the additive is claimed to keep the fuel flowing down to a termperature of minus 18°C (0°F).

It is designed to be premixed with the fuel in the bulk storage tank at a dilution rate of four litres per 1,000 litres of fuel — equivalent to about seven pints in 225 gallons.

The additive can also be poured directly into the individual vehicle tank if required with the recommendation that the fuel temperature should be above 6°C (43°F) to ensure rapid mixing.

Diesel Flow is available in five, 25 and 205 litre containers at a list price of £7.50, £35 and £270 respectively.
