JOHN SMITH (left), Cartransport's administrations officer responsible for pay, pensions and taxation, with his wife Doris when he received his MBE at Buckingham Palace earlier this month.
Mr Smith, who received the honour in the Queen's Birthday honours list, has been a Justice of the Peace in Coventry for 14 years, and is an active member of the City of Coventry Air Training Corps.
