Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I NEVER expected National Carriers to go in for dirty work — and boast about it. The company's Fleetcare organisation has gone into the tarring-up business with the Natty Car Co, which makes roadsoiled cars look like showroom models — the Warren Street dealer's dream.

It renovates them inside and outside, treating each part with an appropriate chemical or material. The chemical used to restore vinyl roofs to their original colour and cleanliness is a trade secret, says Graham Lyall, Fleetcare's London manager.

An obvious extension of this service would be the Natty Driver Co to smarten up some of the scruffs who disfigure London.
