Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

EXPORTS of 13,158 commercial LA vehicles in October represented the highest monthly total since May, when 13,785 were shipped, and a recovery from the low levels during August and September. The aggregate of exports for the first 10 months of the year was 110,647, compared with 104,770 for January-October, 1958.

Production in October was not as great as the record set in the previous month, hut the weekly average output was the second highest for any so far and, at 8,358, only 89 below the rate in September. November's exports have been put at 11,226 units and the weekly average output 8,203.

THE STEEL CO. OF WALES, LTD., have selected Yale Series 51 fork-lift trucks for use in the reorganization of their main engineering spares stores at Ffrwdwyllt and Abbey. The first two trucks, battery-electric models of 8.000-1h. capacity, have already been delivered.
