• Strathclyde's Buses has ordered 50 new double-deckers as part of its fleet replacement programme.
Metro Cammell Weyman has won an order for 25 metrobuses; 25 Volvo BD10Ms will come from Volvo/Alexander.
All the vehicles will have the company's "Strathclyde Red" livery: the first deliveries are expected next April.
